Clear Water Alabama Field Days 2008 |
Bessemer Civic Center, September 17-18, 2008
Wednesday September 17 – Classroom seminar to review significant changes in AL Handbook for Erosion Control, Sediment Control and Stormwater Management and other cutting edge topics. Speakers will include Dr. Al Jarrett, Penn State University and Dr. Rich McLaughlin, North Carolina State University, nationally renowned experts in sediment basin technology and use of polyacrylamides.
Thursday September 18 – visit field sites to review erosion and sediment control and stormwater management system BMPs. Continuing education available for Qualified Credentialed Inspectors (QCIs) certified with Home Builders Association of Alabama that attend early-morning session.
